STEP 1

Locate the open end of the meal packet, one end of the packet has already been opened  

STEP 2

Remove contents: (A) Nutritional Information (B) Meal Pouch (C) Jelly Packets (D) Utensil & Seasoning (E) Crackers (F) Pop-Tarts (G) Tootsie Roll

STEP 3

Cut open Meal Pouch (B)

OR

Tear open Meal Pouch (B)

STEP 4

Empty contents into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute 30 seconds or until hot. Stir before serving. 

As all microwave ovens vary, time given is approximate

OR (STOVE TOP)

Pour contents into saucepan. Heat over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally 

STEP 5

Use caution as contents will be HOT. Enjoy!
